Music From Memory

Jamie Tiller is a London native who relocated to Berlin after a number of years in Amsterdam, where he set up and now runs the label Music From Memory along with long time friends and fellow music obsessives Tako Reyenga and Abel Nagengast. Set up in 2013 and with compilations by Leon Lowman, Gigi Masin, Joan Bibiloni, Vito Ricci and Suso Saiz, Music From Memory has already established itself as a go to label for unreleased and overlooked electronic gems. Jamie also runs the MFM sub label for new dance music Second Circle.

Part of the original crew behind Amsterdam’s cult record store Red Light Records and former buyer for the store, Jamie has been diving for pearls in the murky waters of the great record unknown for many years. As a DJ he can be heard playing everything from African proto-house, oddball Euro boogie to the kind of 80’s Japanese Synth-Pop records that sound like the best new dance music you’ve never heard.
